Yes, I do.

Joe hasn't been running the country in years.

And I certainly don't think Kamala Harris is running the country. One of the perks of running as the Veep, instead of the incumbent President, is that she doesn't have to spend any time attending to official duties. She can just campaign, 24/7, from now to election day.

She isn't running the country either.
