Many of the Mag 7 need cash for their predicted CAP EX expansion of AI as they say,

None of the Mag7 need any additional capital. They all have huge amounts of cash and can borrow at very attractive rates, certainly better rates than we would want as Berkshire shareholders.

Oracle and OpenAI are not Mag7 and might be the exception, but I don't think it fits BRK to tie up capital in either of them.
