The bank lost no money despite them not doing their due diligence. Everybody got paid. So who exactly is the aggrieved party?

I robbed a bank so I could buy a nice new car, but I paid it back with interest a few months later. So, everyone got paid, and there is no aggrieved party, right? Therefore, robbing the bank was not a crime. I'm afraid that argument won't stand up in court.
