At last night's debate, when the conversation turned to the war in Ukraine, David Muir asked DonOld Trump: "Do you want Ukraine to win this war?"
Trump hemmed and hawed and rambled that the United States spends more money defending Ukraine than the EU [that's false], that the reported numbers of war dead "are fake numbers" and there are "millions of people dead," and that "We're playing with World War 3."
Um, he did not answer.
Muir tried again.
MUIR: "Just to clarify the question, do you believe it's in the U.S. best interests for Ukraine to win this war? Yes or no?"
TRUMP: "I think it's in the U.S. best interest to get this war finished and just get it done. All right. Negotiate a deal."
Seriously, how hard is it to just say, "yes"?
For Putin's puppet Trump, it's impossible for him to make a single criticism of Putin or to support any country or leader against Putin or Russia.
Weird.
