This year for the first time since 1994 I did not receive the printed copy of the Berkshire annual report. Used to get it from TDA but after conversion to Schwab last year, I didn’t get it.
Who should I call email to get a copy? I don’t think BRK HQ would mail me one, but I haven’t tried contacting them. Do you know the email for BRK HQ or the agent who distributes shareholder materials?

They would. Since many years that happens to me too, that I don´t automatically get the report (because I live in Germany or maybe since I changed to electronic documents, not realizing what that means? I don't remember).
For 5 years or so each year I emailed the HQ, each time got a copy soon. Don't know the email address though because I stopped doing that, didn't want to bother them each year.

Another idea: after conversion to Schwab last year, I didn’t get it.
Is it possible this conversion to Schwab came with "electronic documents" as standard? Click on the person icon (near upper right corner), go to "Paperless" and uncheck "Shareholder Materials" (I just did that, having been unaware of this specific option up to now).

This should work for sure. I went about it in a different way: as you vote the proxy ballot, there’s an option for requesting paper copies. Got the report and the usual meeting credential request card a few days later. The credentials came within a week of my request.
Oh btw, Buffett apparently is personally engaged in the credential mailing activity. He probably gleans much happiness and information about the ownership base through this activity. Similar to his teenage activity of counting Coca Cola bottle caps 😄

I don’t have Shareholder Materials set to Paperless.I have received paper copies for other securities like Progressive.

I wish the brokerages could let you choose which company shares you want the report in paper and which can be sent electronically.
