on the Garcia case. Dersh knows a little bit about defense law, from what I’ve read. WHO pushed to have him returned?l to our soil? This is how you lose elections to Trump. ☮️ “ Attorney Alan Dershowitz says Kilmar Abrego Garcia's lawyers should never have filed a motion to bring him back to the U.S. now that he's facing smuggling charges, and that they didn't put his best interests in mind. Former New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu says the charges are a political nightmare for Democrats because of the lawmakers who attempted to visit him in El Salvador.”

“ Patrick Bet-David, Tom Ellsworth, Vincent Oshana, Brandon Aceto and Adam Sosnick host an emergency episode after Elon Musk tweets that Trump is on Epstein’s list.
The Home Team unpacks Trump’s eerie prediction that Musk would eventually turn on him, Musk’s shocking call for Trump’s impeachment, and a viral trust poll run by PBD on X.
With Musk hinting at launching a third party and Whitney Webb exposing deeper ties to Epstein, the crew dives into what could push Elon to go nuclear, and how ugly the Trump-Musk feud “ Being , in the file, is very different than, being on the list. But again, Musk hates Gates, and I’m sure Musk wants Gates exposed.

Just my quickie opinion.
Musk will release some kind of Epstein related information regarding Trump "to destroy him."
Option 1) It will be found to be lame-assed so-focking-what? / we've heard it already type stuff. Trump will be unharmed by it.
Option 2) It will be true and verified, dastardly, jaw-dropping, and appalling. The media and The Left will fulminate over it vigorously. Trump will continue on and be unharmed by it.
Haven't these people been watching TV?

good morning, the notion that Musk has Epstein info on trump that team Obama and Biden wouldn't have used is poorly reasoned. Musk wants to bury Gates, Hoffman, and Altman, the Epstein files in total, would bury at least two of the three. Musk will be making a huge mistake to go further with this battle.

Musk wants advantages and instead it looks like some of his advantages are being withdrawn. He wanted the EV credit, government contracts, and that NASA position. When Musk limited Ukraine on Starlink with Russia's borders, I looked hard. We can't have a capitalist deciding things like this on a whim. We need to have control. Instead of Doge plants in the Gov, we need the People's control in Starlink.
Somehow we need to blunt the advance of the oligarchy, and limit the scope of their power, but the entire system is based on money. we're screwed.

Good morning Albaby since you respect Turley here is his opinion. “ Kilmar Abrego Garcia is coming back to the United States, but he is hardly thrilled by the prospect. He is returning not for a removal hearing, but for a trial that could result in a lengthy prison sentence, followed by immediate removal back to El Salvador. After the issuance of the federal grand jury, the United States is now the last place on Earth that Abrego Garcia wants to visit.“

Sure seems that way.
I was looking forward to the midterms with some optimism, thinking that surely people would wake up to the madness. But the analysis I've seen is not at all encouraging. Too many people who are either just plain stupid, or like the idea of living in an autocracy. They are not a majority, but they don't need to be with our system. And the Republicans are making it harder all the time for citizens to exercise their most fundamental right of voting.
Say what you will, I think we would be better off with a parliamentary system.

The parliamentary system boggles the mind of many Americans. We don't have a good way of comparing our system to the parliamentary system. Any type of explanation reveals to the reader just how much they don't know about the American Presidential System. So we need to school house rock it.
A "vote of no confidence" dissolving parliament and/or causing the Prime Minister to resign is an alien thing, bus somehow we need to get it across.
