Trump can fire labor, employment board members without cause: Appeals court

President Donald Trump may remove members of the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit Systems Protection Board at will, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.

The 2-1 decision from a panel of judges in Washington, D.C., reverses lower-court rulings blocking Trump’s attempts to fire members of the key labor and employment panels.

Merit Systems Protection Board

Merit has no place in the Trump administration. The ONLY thing that matters is fealty to Lord Donald.

We are going to end up with such a worthless, incompetent and corrupt civil service. Trump is reversing over a century of progress in creating a competent and non-corrupt civil service.

Explain how opposition to specific policies of Israel constitutes “Jew hating”.

Yep. He can simply churn through everyone, replacing them with loyalists or nutters. He does it at such a pace chaos is introduced and he seems to thrive on that.
