Why was Maxwell immediately moved to a lower security Club Fed facility after her “interview” that exonerates Trump?

Quid pro quo.
She didn't have to talk to the investigators. At all. What for? She's serving time. So she asked to get moved to the country club where the celebrities who evade taxes and what not get locked up.
