Thanks for sharing your perspectives, Jim. Based on your comments I'm guessing QQQE may be about 13% overpriced at the moment, and RSP a not very encouraging 42%.

I'm considering substituting a Fundamentally Weighted Index (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/fundamentally...) for the RSP portion, perhaps something like QUAL (https://www.etf.com/QUAL). If so, I'd need to settle upon a sensible distribution between QQQE and QUAL? Any thoughts?
