Subject: USSC decision on Obstruction

So this one says that the obstruction clause in the law applies only to actions regarding documents or other tangible objects, not to the proceeding itself.

Rather than try to explain it, here's a video that does a much better job than I could. Fair warning, I have said before that this guy - Ben from the Meidas Touch YouTube channel - likes to set his hair on fire in his videos. But he's not doing that this time. He sticks to explaining the law, the background that caused the law to be adopted, and the rationale of some of the justices. He mostly holds his opinions to the last minute or two.

For those keeping score, this one was 6 - 3. But not what you'd expect. Roberts (writing), Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Brown-Jackson (with a concurring decision). Dissenting is Barrett (writing), Sotomayor, and Kagan.
