Stuff we've already heard, i.e. unsafe, low pay, inventory spilling into aisles, rats, birds, etc. But my investment kind of creeps me out now. The few times I've been in a DG (because it's a drop point to return FedEx packages) I was struck by how polite and helpful the overwhelmed employee was. I don't understand why.
