I suspect a defendant posting bail in the state of Georgia must do so through a bail bonds firm because on average, the state / county does not want to spend resources chasing every person that jumps bail and doesn't return to court as required. - wth

Compulsory use of a bondsman does not sound like it would be legal. We need Albaby to render a decision.
