LongTermBRK, thank you for this enlightening answer.
Surprised or rather shocked I was seeking confirmation and found it ("Earnings growth of S&P 493 (Without Mag 7) since Q2 2026: 31.8%"), while the S&P is up only 17% during this timeframe. Apparently a very recent development, not applicable to the years before, but highly interesting in light of "price versus value". In the years before price was rising faster than value, and clearly something had to give (value rising faster than price --- or crash/bear market). But even if this recent development will not continue: Didn´t those last 12 months not already let out a lot (or all?) of hot air from the previously overvalued state?
Isn´t this very worth discussing it (from the non-replies to LongTermBRK´s answer unfortunately it doesn´t look like there is any interest)?
