Gee, nobody has mentioned that president Biden has now created more than 15,000,000 jobs in a little more than three years and the unemployment rate has dropped to 3.8 percent after March's blow-out jobs report.

Lessee now. In eight years, president Clinton created 18.6 million jobs.

In eight year, president Reagan created 16.5 million jobs.

In fact, president Biden has created about 5 million more jobs than the last three republican presidents combined.

Trump had negative jobs growth, losing, what, three-quarters of a million jobs in four years?

Yeah, let's get us some more of that.

Employment and labor force participation rates are extraordinary, around 1999-2000 levels.

In short, we're now as close to full employment as the U.S. has managed to get outside of wartime mobilization.

Oh, and wages are still rising faster than inflation.

Over in batchit crazy land, Marjorie Taylor Greene is shouting at the clouds: "God is sending America strong signs to tell us to repent. Earthquakes and eclipses and many more things to come. I pray that our country listens."

Yeah, well woopiedo..

Snip
“KEY FINDINGS:
• Immigrants compose an increasingly large share of the U.S. labor force and a growing share of low-wage workers. Immigrants are 11 percent of all U.S. residents, but 14 percent of all workers and 20 percent of low-wage workers.
• Immigrants’ hourly wages are lower on average than those for natives, and nearly half earn less than 200 percent of the minimum wage—versus one-third of native workers.
• Immigrant workers are much more likely than natives to drop out of high school (30 versus
8 percent), and are far more likely to have less than a ninth-grade education (18 versus 1 percent).
• Three-fourths of all U.S. workers with less than a ninth-grade education are immigrants.
• Nearly two-thirds of low-wage immigrant workers do not speak English proficiently, and most
of these workers have had little formal education.
• Two of every five low-wage immigrant workers are undocumented. Labor force participation is
higher among undocumented men than among men who are legal immigrants or U.S. citizens. • While the low-wage native labor force is mainly female (59 percent), men dominate the
low-wage immigrant labor force (56 percent).
• Even though they are less likely to participate in the labor force, female immigrant workers
are better educated and more likely to be in the United States legally than male immigrants. • Foreign-born women earn substantially lower wages than either foreign-born men or native
women.”

Dope1: Erm, how come the labor force participation rate went down?

Umm, the total participation rate went from 62.5% in Feb to 62.7% in March.

For Men 16 and older, the participation rate went from 67.7% in Feb to 68% in March.

For Men 20 and older, the participation rate went from 70.0% in Feb to 70.2% in March.

For Women 16 and older, the participation rate stayed flat at 57.6%.

For Women 20 and older, the participation rate went from 59% in Feb to 58.9% in March.

For both sexes, 16 to 19 years, the participation rate went from 36.6 in Feb. to 38.2% in March.

The employment-population ratios followed the same trends.

Tell your friend, s/he's an idiot.
