In short:

On the one hand, Trump has made it clear that, if reelected, he would do nothing to mitigate the damage his administration caused — but instead go further by allowing states to monitor and prosecute pregnant women.

On the other hand, Biden has reinstated funding to health organizations for women around the world and fought for reproductive freedom in the US. His administration has supported the right to travel across state lines for reproductive services, preserved access to mifepristone — a drug with a 20-year record of safety — taken steps to protect fertility treatments such as IVF and worked to make contraceptives more accessible. Yeah, lets do that health care infrastructure right after we finish the promised broadband infrastructure and the electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Politicians of all stripes like to spend money and then campaign like they have solved a problem once they create a big bucket of taxpayer money earmarked to address that problem.

Wasn't there a politico that said he'd solve the health care problem and come up with something fantastic? IIRC, the politico didn't come up with the fantastic plan or a bucket of money. Who was that fellow?
