This explains why lib Media writes about the “white supremacist origins of exercise” or something.

According to Media Bias, the site you linked to, “Just the News”, is rated:

Overall, we rate Just the News Questionable and Right Biased based on story selection that mostly favors a conservative perspective. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to numerous failed fact checks and the promotion of conspiracy theories and right-wing propaganda.

So this doesn’t explain why lib media writes about the “white supremacist origins of exercise” as much as it explains why you’re gullible enough to fall for stories on a site that promotes “conspiracy theories and right-wing propaganda.”
