Why didn't they just kill the two fellows who survived the submarine? Didn't that happen after the Sept 2 crime of murdering the two survivors? Could it be that it was actually discussed that 9-2 was likely a crime and so the order was changed on survivors? It looks like the reason this came out was the video pissed off Trump, so now Hegsdeath may get sacrificed. Just spec on my part. :)

The sub was almost certainly carrying dope. I mean, who builds something like that for other uses? So the guys were turned loose. Notice, neither of them was from Venezuela. That first boat was different, as there are legitimate uses for such a craft, other than smuggling. As they say, "dead men tell no tales", so kill everyone, so there is no-one to say they were not carrying drugs.
