He had a mostly civil conversation with (R) Glenn Youngkin - the latter I've always said is a Google-Jockey-Establishment-Republican fave for the nomination one day.

Anyhow, Rahm is right, and the "I'm stupid and I'm proud of it" party - is wrong.

It's a cute sound byte, yes but it doesn't take away from the trend when talking about the US, and China and others:

"We're doing redistricting, they are doing research"

"We're building a ballroom, they are building bullet trains"
