May I assume that this "ban user" feature was inserted in the UI appearing on these web pages, and is now gone?
This thread is a mystery to me and I just spent 1/2 hour looking for where this ban user feature is. And couldn't find anything. :(

It was a nuclear option to ban people but only available on April 1st. I don't know if that is a special day everywhere, though the French have a "poisson d'Avril (the April fish). I imagine on April 1 next year we will all be sent back to TMF or something.
