Answering Adrian...

Our ID.4 is great. They currently have two recalls about battery management software. We're scheduled in June to get it fixed. But it hasn't caused us any problems we're are aware of. Right after we got it (2 years ago) it wouldn't occasionally do something weird. Didn't seem to affect driving, but -for example- the proximity sensors would go offline (there is a warning light for that). And then we would get out, do our errand, get back in and it would say "welcome Volkswagen driver" (or something like that). So it had rebooted on the next start. But it hasn't done anything like that in a year or so.

Our daughter's coworker just got the Bolt EUV, and so far is very happy. Apparently she only paid in the high 20s, which is cheaper than a Model 3.

There are more and more EVs now. I saw a Lucid at the charger a while back (I still have 1 year of free charging left, so I drive to a public charger). The Mustang EV has better range than me (helped a lady with her first charging session). Rivian. There was another one I can't recall now...but I looked it up at the time, and it was a hyper-luxury sedan (costing north of $100K).
