I am up in Boston and leaving today for home in CT.

I have been visiting my parents and one of my sisters.

My parents are readying their capital for a great depression.

The other sister has bought a house in Dublin and would leave the country with her husband if research funding were to dry up here in the States.

We are all finding our way.

The sister here this weekend had us over for lunch yesterday. We talked. She was surprised by our thoughts on a Great Depression and leaving the country. She began to negotiate.

People who hear me talk Great Depression try to find the brakes. Try to find the options. Try to find a way other than a Great Depression. There is some denial.

No one really has any other answers. The negotiations for others are just some ways of trying to keep the status quo. Then I point out is our leader keeping the status quo?
