I heard supply side shill Jack Kemp, decades ago, proclaiming words to the effect "the rich do all the saving and investing, so the rich should have all the money". It used to be that banks aggregated capital, so it could be lent. Now, the capital is supposed to be aggregated in the hands of a handful of "JCs".
