She's right about both parties being cruel (R) and neglectful (D). And it's mostly politics, with some racial stuff (each party has their base that they have to be mindful of). But it goes deeper than just bureaucracy. But for a brief clip, she was more correct than I've heard any other politician since Obama tried to tackle immigration in 2014. Nobody (except apparently AOC) is talking seriously about this issue. They just throw red meat to their bases.

This is a disingenuous view to say "both parties are bad".
President Obama's administration was directionally right.
It is President Biden who has been terrible with "open border policies" and 300k coming in per year.
Citizens of sanctuary cities are now facing what the border states have been facing for years.
Trump (if he is the nominee) is going to hammer this point and will steal a large part of the black vote.

For many politicians on the right, it is much too useful as a way to stir up their base and control them. They don't really want a solution.

Liberal planation owners and black people and kids in failing cities and schools for half century plus.
Stating a problem - that is ignored is not stirring up base.
Stating a problem and being called "racists!" By Racist White Liberals who love low skilled immigration but limit skilled immigration, is not stirring up the base.
Your crappy cities are now feeling the immigration heat and you don't want to admit it.
Hopefully this problem gets worse.
It's a pleasure profiting from it........
