This could be another sustained hit to margins.

DG customers are usually small ticket purchasers. I doubt they will be willing to pay anything for delivery or make larger purchases to avoid a fee. Or to pay monthly/annual fees like Amazon Prime customers.

It looks increasingly like dollar stores will no longer be the attractive business they once were. With the growth plans they have they seem not to accept the future reality.
