I propose that within a year of Warren passing, a large dividend will be passed for BRK.

Not particularly likely. Most A share holders do not want a dividend. And A shares have 10,000x votes compared to B shares. And I think that's one of the reasons WEB converts his A shares to B shares when donating them.
