There was a time when you might have thought the U.S. Supreme Court would, well, rule like an independent and co-equal branch of government.
Sucker.
With today's ruling that Mad King Donald may dismantle the Department of Education, the high court has issued 15 rulings on 17 emergency applications filed by Trump (three birthright citizenship apps were consolidated) and has granted relief to Trump ... wait for it, you knew it was coming, in all 15 rulings.
It has written majority opinions in only three of those rulings.
Today's order is the seventh with no explanation at all.
None.
The hope that the high court will rule against a third term for Mad King Donald is now nothing more than a charmingly old-fashioned, quaint notion.
This court will roll over faster than Lassie hoping for a Milk-Bone Soft & Chewy Peanut Buttery Bite.
One caveat: he has to live another few years and he really looks and sounds like shit these days.

Ok well you gave it to him in 2016.
In 2020 you had a bungled crisis + a real candidate - you won.
In 2024 you again gave it to him.
By that pattern you should beat him in 2028 - but since you and Sheeple and Club 401K are on the team it'll be a victory for you - but not a governing victory. Not a consequential victory. Too bad you don't wish to change that.
I also hope he runs in 2028 not because i want him to win - i don't. But i love watching your 'norms' disintegrate.
Your "institutions" meaning less and less.

Trump is running for a 3rd term...in their minds.
There's lots of stuff in their minds. Like bats, too.
