Hoo boy, I worked closely with DFG and could tell you stories.... poaching is common to all races, religions and creeds. Bbbbut Trump/Vance's poacher is Haitian.

One of the whitest of redneck captains recently got busted here for having his crew fish, adding to customers bags.... but he ain't Haitian so besides the fine he only got slapped for the criminal charges and had to promise to behave.
