Hardly. He's already been found guilty of some charges. Albaby could probably give more detail, but Trump and/or his organization was found guilty in a summary judgment (which apparently only happens when the evidence is so overwhelming there is no point in continuing). In Colorado, the judge said that the evidence was clear and convincing, but then punted it to a higher court to rule on his ineligibility to be on the ballot. Etc.
It's not left or right. His businesses are likely done. Tax (and other) fraud, huge fines. GA (that bastion of blueness!!) has filings that are so damning, he'll almost certainly be convicted (I've read excerpts, and others have posted them here as well). He can't get away from that, since a POTUS can't pardon for state crimes. Meanwhile, all his lawyers and advisers are pleading down their charges, and agreeing to testify against the Don (sort of ironic that is his name since he appears to be the inept head of a crime family).
Compare and contrast to the half-dozen hearings about Bengazi...that was a witch-hunt. Headed by Republicans, they came up empty every time.
Ironically, if Trump were to die of a heart attack, for example, the Reps would be in a much better position next fall. Dems and independents wouldn't be as motivated to come out against him, and Haley or DeSantis would have a real shot. Red voters should stop their support of the criminal Don, and pivot to someone else. It's frightening that he still has so much support given his breathtaking deficiencies, and anti-democratic rhetoric. I don't understand it, but I do see now how people like Hitler, Castro, Pol Pot, Putin, etc, manage to get power.
