WTH,

This was a great book review. I wasn't going to read Going Infinite because I loathe smart people who confuse intelligence with wisdom--and all the people who go along with them for the ride, including the author. Now, i might add it to my list, however, your review goes a long ways toward assuring me I am correct in my assessment of SBF, et al, as well as Lewis.

Your review paints a fascinating pageant of hubris, instructive, also, in the many guises of greed. I don't mean to be hard on them all, for as a human, I know from experience that vast sums of money can be a blinding force.

Thanks for your critique of the author, as well. His blindness comes across even in his interviews.

You have a fine sense of reality and ethics, with the ability to express them. As Warren Buffett likes to say, there are three things one needs to be successful: Intelligence, energy and integrity. Without the last one, the first two will kill ya.

:)

Elizabeth
