It's time that all New York City residents whom are white, and are rich (as defined by having a positive net worth)....do the following:

1.)Excise tax on all "gym" memberships.

2.)Excise tax on all home fitness equipment.

3.)FULL taxation of any health insurance benefits that are currently un-taxed - meaning - all of them.

4.)Surcharge for any and all doctor visits where the patient has already seen that doctor before.

Migrants don't have those advantages in rich white racist New York.


Proceeds should go towards migrant health care.


People of Color. They/them. Disenfranchised. Blah blah blah
