Buying T-bills directly will save you 0.07%/year (Vanguard VBIL ETF expense ratio) but you have to deal with a horrible website. However, the treasurydirect.gov does also let you automatically reinvest if you want to. I just don't like it at all.
Some brokerages, like Fidelity, will also let you buy T-bills.

If you're considering tea bills, also consider TFLO, a treasury floating rate note ETF that currently pays higher than T bills. Somewhat high expense ratio of 0.15% but unlike buying the FRNs directly, you get income each month instead of interest each quarter.
