Manlobbi I mean.

If you have a look at 'Shrewdsmith' you can follow what he does: Continously during the day watching whether somebody finds bugs or an idea he agrees with and immediately working on that.

Managing the site seems to create much more work for Manlobbi now than setting it up was. Maybe he should ask his pal Jim to take over for a while :-)

P.S.: I hope he does not reply to this as he has enough to do and I don't want to waste his time. Writing this is just my way to show my appreciation for the incredible work and time he did and still does invest.
