Agreed. Probably most of us have seen the video of him, with his assault rifle, and rubber gloves, waiving at the police vehicles as they drove by. Why, oh why, didn't a policeman stop, tell that kid to have his mommy drive him home, before he, or someone else, got hurt? A riot is no place for an amateur with an assault rifle.
But he was within his rights to defend his life.
Yes, he was acquitted. So were the Klansmen at the "Greensboro Massacre". Given that record, isn't it curious that the FBI decides the local Minnesota authorities are incapable of a fact based determination in the recent case?
