I don't know of a good simple source for that.

But Pinnacle's "X3" file has the Dow Jones including the level an hour after open and an hour before close, back to 1932. Plus high/low/close, of course. That would give you an idea of strong or weak open, and strong or weak close.

That full history can be purchased for $39. An update subscription is pricier.
