MAGA has been sold the absurdity that liberals believe this.

It is absurd, and yet:

Yes, men can have babies, but this primarily applies to transgender men who have retained their reproductive organs, such as ovaries and a uterus. Cisgender men, on the other hand, cannot become pregnant due to biological differences in reproductive anatomy. While current medical science does not allow for cisgender men to conceive, advancements like uterine transplants may change this in the future. Overall, the ability to become pregnant is linked to individual biological and gender identity factors.
