If Zelenskyy is smart - and he is - he should ask for the moon in exchange for assistance with Shahed drones.
Ask for the weapons systems he needs. Ask for a bunch of money. Ask for direct military assistance. Ask for access to the highest levels of military intelligence.
Ask for whatever he needs to win this war.

Sorry the highest levels of military intelligence have either been forced into retirement or sent to Putin through Tulsi Gabbard. Maybe he should demand direct access to information from and control of spy satellites.
