Apparently fructose is a suspected culprit. I spent years drinking HFCS (in the form of soda, mostly). I have since stopped (for probably at least 10 years now), but it's there. Plus my mom cooked all our meals in her cast aluminum skillets (which now have been linked to dementia). And mom has dementia, and is in memory care.

That's a lot of strikes against me.
