OK...so the Felon doesn't care, and I'm sure the El Salvadoran president knows that. The Felon (and his minions) don't seem to be interested in the court's orders. But he is saying that he won't return a US resident that has committed no crime in his country. Why? What does he gain? He's risking the next POTUS coming down on him like a ton of bricks (I would if I were elected).

Hopefully the courts can sweep up a bunch of his minions, and toss them in the clink until they comply. I'm pretty sure that is NOT pardonable, so the Felon couldn't do anything about it.

Several opportunities present themselves to "teach them a lesson", one already proposed.
1. Boycott imports from El Salvador. Jobs going "poof" THERE is bad for them. He CHOSE.
2. Identify El Salvadorans in the US (legally) and deport ALL of them. Homeward bound. Persona non grata in the US.
3. An alternative to #2 would be to lock up all El Salvadorans in the US until he changes his mind. No money being sent home because they are locked up. No business getting done because they are locked up. And so on. Now, WHERE TO SEND THEM? LOL !!! Keep them on walled golf courses.... When the money stops coming in, down goes their economy.
4. Financial penalties. The govt claims "can't/won't" do anything (blah-de-blah). As the govt has publicly acknowledged their error, they pay damages--DAILY--to the wife and child. The court HAS that authority. Start at US $1-million in damages the FIRST DAY, paid DAILY in full to the court. Days 2 and beyond: The amount of damages shall DOUBLE DAILY--and be payable to the court in full DAILY. Do the math and watch how unhappy Spankee becomes when the DAILY payments are US $1+B and going UP. When the money starts to gets VERY real, Spankee will have to act. Or he will be removed via Article 25. His own Catch-22.

Using human beings as pawns like that is Trump’s game, not anyone’s game who values human rights.
