Dint knock it till you tried it.

Fairfax County Housing Vouchers were exploited and used for personal benefit.

On TMF I had written that the first tenant was - an Iraqi "refugee"..... (her uncle owned only oh, 10-15 acres in Northern Virginia at the time)
