I'm probably the biggest thorn in Robbie's side since I've mostly been doing daily updating.
So I am trying to run picks on most days. Less so recently, but still I am on GTR1 a lot.
For years I've been in the habit of shooting Robbie a short email when GTR1 is not updated or having some other issues.
He basically never responds, but in the past he did tell me something like "don't hesitate to send an email if something isn't right".
I have offered to help, if there is anything I could do, but I don't expect that there is.

Yes, GTR1 has such amazing capabilities for a free tool. No reason to complain!
