The week's question

In March 2025, in the thread "Re: OT, out", Umm asked the members: "Do you think it is because America is made up of magical soil that makes businesses based in America magically profitable?" This week it is put to everyone again. The button below opens the small thread re-asking it - read what others have said so far, then give your own answer as an ordinary reply.

Believe his foundation will get the lions share of his holdings, and probably a few billion to his kids foundations and the Susie Buffett foundation. I think he set up a 100m-ish trust for Astrid, who is about 20 years younger than him. Believe there will be no $100b windfall for his kids, personally.

And all those foundations probably gave irrevocable power of attorney to the Buffett family to vote their shares.
