I think both were discussed here (or at the berkshire board?). I just saw a 1/2 year or so old note I wrote to myself, telling me

"Zweig Breadth Thrust Indicator + Presidential Cycle => Selling all CALLS (+ the most expensive stocks) latest end of April"

Luckily I ignored my note. So much for those reputated indicators.
