11. On the third occasion involving the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson
2 was forced to engage in an unnatural lesbian sex act with her fellow minor and sex slave, Maria Doe
3 age 12, for the sexual enjoyment of Defendant Trump. After this sex act, both minors were forced
4 to orally copulate Defendant Trump by placing their mouths simultaneously on his erect penis until
5 he achieved sexual orgasm. After zipping up his pants, Defendant Trump physically pushed both
6 minors away while angrily berating them for the "poor" quality of their sexual performance.
7 12. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with the Defendant, Donald J. Trump, the Plaintiff,
8 Katie Johnson, was tied to a bed by Defendant Trump who then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff
9 Johnson. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff Johnson loudly pleaded with
10 Defendant Trump to "please wear a condom". Defendant Trump responded by violently striking
11 Plaintiff Johnson in the face with his open hand and screaming that "he would do whatever he
12 wanted" as he refused to wear protection. After achieving sexual orgasm, the Defendant, Donald J.
13 Trump put his suit back on and when the Plaintiff, Katie Johnson, in tears asked Defendant Trump
14 what would happen if he had impregnated her, Defendant Trump grabbed his wallet and threw
15some money at her and screamed that she should use the money "to get a fucking abortion".

Why haven't we heard about this before, and why isn't Trump now being charged with this apparent crime?
Just looking at the titles of various documents, it looks like this person filed the case and the judge dismissed it because it failed to identify the civil rights claim. Further mailings to the person were returned because of a bad address. There's also a filing that I think is related to being poor and unable to afford something. My legal latin isn't good enough to know exactly what that filing is.
I can think of several scenarios here.
It could be legit, Katie could really be poor and uneducated and didn't know how to properly file and follow through with her case.
It could be legit, and Katie was found and quietly paid off, letting the case get dropped for failing to follow through.
It could be a scam, looking for a quick payday - which may or may not have worked. The filings don't tell us.
It could be a scam, a completely fake accusation intended to sully a reputation before the 2016 election.
We'll never really know unless someone can find this Katie. But that's probably why Trump hasn't been charged with anything. There's simply no evidence to base the charge on. The court filing is nothing more than an accusation with no evidence. The evidence would be presented later in court to prove the accusation.

The Katie Johnson case does not sound far fetched when weighing her narrative against the many other 'pre-politial-Trump' instances alleged by many many ladies.
Checking the footnotes on Donald Trumps Wikipedia page of sexual aggressions and trials, there is the sexual harrassment filed against Trump in 1997 for sexual assaults that began in 1992.
The victim and her husband were trying to do business with convict Trump.
"The first sign of trouble came the day before the evening groping, in an initial business meeting in which, Harth and Houraney say, Trump spent the time asking about the breasts of the beauty contestants — real or enhanced? — and staring at Harth, then 30. At one point he asked Houraney, “Are you sleeping with her?” Houraney explained awkwardly that they were a couple, but Trump was unfazed.
“You know, there’s going to be a problem,” Trump told Houraney, according to a 1997 sexual harassment lawsuit Harth filed against him. “I’m very attracted to your girlfriend.”
On Jan. 24, 1993, Harth and Houraney went to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida for a contract-signing celebration, bringing along some “calendar girls” at Trump’s request. He offered Harth a tour of the estate and then pulled her into the empty bedroom of his daughter Ivanka."
“I was admiring the decoration, and next thing I know he’s pushing me against a wall and has his hands all over me,” Harth told me. “He was trying to kiss me. I was freaking out.” Harth says she was desperately protesting, and finally managed to run out of the room and find the group again. Some of the calendar girls stayed, and the sexual harassment lawsuit says Trump showed up uninvited in the predawn hours in the bedroom of one of the young women; she kicked him out but was shaken. When contacted, the woman declined to speak about the experience, and I’m not naming her here.
Trump was then with Marla Maples, who was pregnant that spring with his daughter Tiffany, but this didn’t constrain him.
