Who now is jetting off to the Mideast to "lead" talks of some kind. The problem is nobody cares if he shows up or not.

The Royal Navy is, of course, a really bad joke these days. Remember their 1 mighty destroyer they were going to send? Yeah, about that....

HMS Dragon - Britain’s ONLY warship deployed in the Iran conflict - has been forced to pull out and dock in the Mediterranean.

The reason? “Technical issues” with the ship’s water system.

At least people in Britain are starting to notice. Unfortunately for them...so is everybody else. It's only a matter of time before Argentina makes another run at the Falklands. Last time we leaned in on GB's side.

Now? Hmm...

And lookee here:

https://en.mercopress.com/2026/04/02/milei-reaffir...

Argentine President Javier Milei on Thursday reaffirmed his country's sovereignty claim over the Falklands Islands, warned of a diplomatic response to British oil exploration in the area, and announced that 10% of fiscal revenue from privatizations will be allocated to purchasing weapons and equipment for the armed forces.

In his speech marking the 44th anniversary of the South Atlantic war, delivered at Plaza San Martín in Buenos Aires before officials, military personnel, and veterans' families, Milei declared: “I wish to reaffirm our right to the full exercise of sovereignty over the Malvinas Islands, South Georgia, and the South Sandwich Islands and the surrounding maritime spaces.” He said the 1982 conflict “did not alter the legal nature of this dispute, which continues to be recognized by the United Nations as a special and particular colonial situation that must be resolved through mature and sincere dialogue between Argentina and the United Kingdom.”

The reason? “Technical issues” with the ship’s water system.

Perhaps the sailors aboard HMS Dragon are clogging the pipes like the sailors aboard the USS Ford did a few weeks ago.

Nobody wants to rescue Trump from the war that he started.

And now Putin is open trailing his coat up the English Channel. With the Brits able to do absolutely zero about it:

Exclusive: Putin mocks Starmer with warship in Channel
Russian frigate escorts sanctioned tankers through British waters despite PM’s vow to seize vessels

LOL.

Vladimir Putin has openly defied Sir Keir Starmer’s threat to seize sanctioned Russian vessels by sending a warship to escort them through the Channel.

The Admiral Grigorovich, a Black Sea fleet frigate, accompanied a pair of shadow fleet ships on Wednesday while a British naval vessel followed behind.

Positioned on the Royal Charlotte, a boat almost 10 miles from Dover, The Telegraph observed Putin’s flotilla cruising past the south coast while RFA Tideforce, a Royal Fleet Auxiliary tanker, trailed in their wake.

Last month, Sir Keir gave special forces the authority to capture the armada of rusted ships illegally ferrying oil to support Russia’s war in Ukraine, saying he would hit the shadow fleet “even harder” if they sailed through British waters. However, Britain is yet to seize a single Russian vessel.

The Prime Minister has repeatedly faced criticism regarding the state of the Royal Navy and Britain’s Armed Forces. After an Iranian-made drone hit RAF Akrotiri, HMS Dragon, Britain’s only deployable destroyer, was sent to the Middle East, but took three weeks to arrive and has already had to return to port as it suffers water supply issues.

'Shadowed' by an auxiliary tanker. Not even a fleet oiler, and auxiliary one.

Yes. NATO is weak. Witness decades of giving away free stuff: the inevitable decline of your country.

Another "win" for 14 years of Tory policies. Just like the drawdown of the RN that Thacher planned.

Labour had plenty to do with it also.
