San Francisco lady buys a tax lien lot on the Big Island in 2018.

After the pandemic, she finds a developer hired a contractor to build 9 homes.
Contractor didn't get a lot survey, mistakenly built a house on her lot.

After the pandemic, she finds out there's a house on her lot!

Maybe she likes it. Maybe she doesn't. Does it matter?
