I wonder if the choice of hitting the California farms was geographically motivated

Easy to see if the theory is realistic.

I did a quick search for "farm worker shortage in XXXXXXX", where XXXXXX is a specific state. Guess what? Georgia has a major farm worker shortage also, where farmers are losing massive amounts of money due to ready-to-be-picked crops are spoiling in the fields because there is nobody to pick them. Spankee kills more farm profits yet again. They are getting what they voted to receive as a result of their choice. Suddenly, they do NOT like it....
