Warren Buffett started working for Ben Graham in 1954 (aged 24). This masterclass by Ben Graham was recorded in 1955, where Buffett will have been working for one year.

Though eager to learn from his idol, Warren Buffett's initial attempt to work for Benjamin Graham wasn't successful. Fresh out of Columbia where Graham was his professor, Buffett even offered to work for free, but Graham playfully declined.

However, Buffett's persistence paid off. A few years later, Graham extended an invitation, and Buffett got the job. It is fun to imagine him somewhere in the office in the background as this was filmed.
