The infamous "Learing" center is closed.

And Nick Shirley has found another pile of fraud in Minnesota: This time the scam is "patient transport". Tim Walz pays you to move patients around but your vans just sit in a lot all day, every day.

All this begs the question: how awesome could Minnesota be or how low could their taxes be if they had a competent governor and attorney general who were interested in doing their jobs?

YouTuber Nick Shirley says Minnesota’s non-emergency medical transportation system has become a sprawling fraud operation hiding in plain sight, alleging that more than 1,000 transport companies are billing taxpayers for services that appear not to exist.

In a video posted Monday, Shirley said his yearlong review of state records, site visits, and documentation — conducted with a researcher he identified only as David — points to a network of shell transportation outfits clustered around adult daycare centers, charter schools, and Medicaid-funded programs, particularly in the Twin Cities.

“To have that many non-emergency medical transportation companies, it’s not possible that they can transport that many people,” David said, describing repeated visits to a Minneapolis facility where vans “have not moved one inch in an entire year,” despite ongoing billing.

Shirley framed transportation as “the belly of the beast,” arguing that transport providers appear to work in tandem with adult care centers to generate paper appointments and reimbursements.

Far less than the amounts the TCF (Trump Crime Family) laundered from Russia, China, other international crime organizations, and don't forget the domestic ones either....
