Berkshire will still be a good company after Buffett departs, but it will not be as good as it is with Buffett at the helm. Nobody is as skilled as Buffett at growing BV per share, and nobody commands the trust and confidence that Buffett does. Thankfully his children will have a lot of say in how Berkshire is run, at least until they finish distributing the trust assets.
