Dope1: Puberty blockers and surgery.

That never happens at five years of age. Never. As in never. But feel free to go find some obscure reference to it happening once somewhere.

According to Endocrine Society guidelines, patients who want to begin medical treatment like puberty blockers, hormones or surgery should be old enough to give "informed consent," which the organization says is usually attained by 16.
